We offer digital products (e.g., downloadable files) and physical products (3D-printed keychains). Product images are for illustration purposes. Minor variations in color or texture may occur.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full before processing. Accepted payment methods:

• Stripe (credit/debit cards)

• iDEAL

• Swish

• Cash on delivery (Greece only)

4. Shipping & Delivery

Physical products are shipped within 2–7 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and courier. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.

Digital products are delivered automatically via email or download link after successful payment.

5. Returns & Cancellations

• Digital products: Non-refundable due to their nature.

• Physical products: Returns accepted within 14 days for defective or damaged items. Return costs are paid by the customer unless the product is faulty.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, models, and files are the intellectual property of V. Mourtos Design and are protected by applicable laws. Reproduction or resale is prohibited without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

V. Mourtos Design shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the products or the website.
